Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in cases of:

    • Manufacturing defects,

    • Damage during transit, or

    • Incorrect items received.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Request Timeline

  • You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us with:

    • Your order number,

    • Clear photographs of the item, and

    • A brief explanation of the issue.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered sarees are non‑returnable.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Exchanges will be dispatched once the returned item has been verified.

Return Shipping

  • Please pack your item securely for return shipping.

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.
