Return Policy-

All items must be in original condition and include all labels and tags intact.

Sarees with stitched blouses are non-returnable.

Blouse will not be returnable.

Costomized and regionalized products are non-returnable.

Accessories, fabrics, and trimes are non-returnable.

Any items that are being returned or exchanged must be unused, unwashed, and proven to be damaged, soiled, or even shattered, like Fragrences, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns should only be for items that are damaged, defective, or different from the ones shown online.

Who pays shipping for return charges?

We will accept returns within 10 days of the product being delivered.

The customer is responsible for returning the item to use with tracking information by sending an email to the cost of return shipping, and any customs fee will be the responsibility of the customer, which is non-refundable.

Duties and taxes?

Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs Custom fee or local fees.

Duties are not included in the price.

Refund

You will get your refund in 25–30 days.
